What is Nature Therapy (NT) and why it is part of my Support system.
My Nature Therapy is a fusion of a new method and an ancient knowledge, developed for city people using lots of tech. It’s meant to awaken the lost connection between the tamed and the natural/wild world.
This Therapy is safe and has no side effects. It is for every generation. Even more so, it is designed in a way that you can have a complex 1 week nature immersion experience in only 2-3 hours.
Why is Nature Therapy is an essential part of my Support System?
Nature has been always a healer, a muse and home to me. We live in reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth. Trees are my friends and spiritual guides. Clean water and fertile soil is essential for us, it’s where our food is coming from. We live by breathing..we need fresh air, we all take it for granted…but without the microscopical algaes (creating more oxigen than trees) and without the lives of trees we have no breathable air. We are interconnected.
We use internet to connect to each other and to educate ourselves which is an important part of our awakening journey but we easily become unbalanced, mentally packed of too much information, even confused and disconnected. This mental state affects our physical health and definitely makes our awakening process more complicated than it supposed to be.
Being disconnected from Nature, too much use of internet and blue light is messing up with our shifting consciousness and with our natural rhythm that would work just fine if we would be still tuned to Nature.
A natural human lives WAY SLOWER than our city life demands!! Going back to WILD NATURE, learning how to connect deeply is the prevention of and in many cases even the solution for the imbalance.
Becoming an internationally certified guide gave me an opportunity to create my own method as I always had a deep connection to Nature by my ancestral remembering. I am offering a unique experience to one individual or a group of 6 (max).
In this era of fast developing ai we must learn how to stay balanced. We need charging too, not only our phones, you know 🙂
What are the Physical benefits of NT?
There are ongoing researches about proving scientifically that nature is good for you in many levels.
Here are some but not the full list of the already proven data of its physical benefits:
- Reducing blood pressure
- Improving cardiovascular and metabolic health
- Lowering blood sugar level
- Boosting immune system by increasing the NK (Natural killer) cells in our body
- Increasing anti-cancer protein production
- Lowering stress hormones (cortisol and adrenalin)
- Enhances the Parasympathetic system (our nervous system resting state) and suppressing the sympathetic system (“fight or flight” state)
- Increasing hours of sleep

There are several ways to improve our physical health and mental well-being but how about our spiritual side? Nature is a complex therapist, of course.

- Reminding us that we are part of something larger than ourselves
- We can feel gratitude
- We can connect to the vastness of the universe
- We become less selfish and start to think about others
- We become more helpful
- We become more caring
- Can bring you to the present moment

- Can bring a feeling of interconnectedness and wholeness

What is Natural silence and why do we need it?
Natural silence is completely different than man-made silence that we often use to block the man-made noise, like, for example, when you use your earplugs to block out city noise.
There is natural silence that only exists in Nature. Of course, in nature, quiet means bird chirping, wood cracking or knocking noises, trees dancing in the wind, water sounds, etc. And sometimes, rarely but happens, that you actually can experience total silence for just a little while (no wind) until something moves again. At night silence can be deep and in different climate silence in nature means very different things.
City doesn’t have any silence. Scientifically proven that men made noise increases blood pressure, negatively affects quality of sleep as well as lessen hours of sleep, increases stress level, leads to forgetfulness, creates constant mental stress and a feeling of defensiveness. City noise is affecting the sympathetic nervous system, instead of the parasympathetic. But nature does exactly the opposite. See proven parasympathetic effects above at the benefits.
Lastly, my favorite proven fact is that bird chirping calms our nervous system. It goes back to our biology, the time when we were living in nature. We learned to read bird singing, and we knew that when birds are not singing, something is coming, something dangerous, sometimes it was just a thunderstorm, or bigger animals, other times something life threatening like a hurricane or tsunami. But when they are singing, we are safe and everything feels just all right.

My Nature Therapy is available for anyone who wants to remember how it feels to be a natural human. Who wants to reduce stress and learn to recalibrate their frequency to Earth frequency to stay balanced in our pretty intense world we live in.

How does a session look like?
We gather in person in an area I already tested its safety for our session and after some introduction to the place we start our slow pace immersion together. Step by step we merge into a world we carry memory of in our body.
Lenght: 2-3 hrs
You we’ll get more detailed information and what you need to bring in an email once we already met (online or in person) and you had registered for a session.

What is NOT Nature Therapy?
- It is not a hike or a healthy walk in nature
- It is not a meditation in nature or mindfulness practices brought outside.
- It is not about identifying plants or animals, neither a time for foraging or photography.(The photo album you find on my website made by me far away from the group or on solo walks, not causing any discomfort or distress.)
- It is a non religious nature inspired practice for every race, gender and age.
- This practice is not meant to replace any medical treatment. We call it therapy because it feels therapeutic with some proven health affects but it is not a therapy in a western way of looking at it, therefore this sessions are not healing a disease immediately although it can cause emotional healing, support any recovery or could help dealing with pain. Where can my Nature Therapy be done?
The ideal place is somewhere in wild nature where it’s safe to be. Can be a forest, beach, lake side, desert. I usually guide in person in these types of environments or in city parks the least. An already knows environment that I tested for safety as well.
But I developed a method that is working even for those whom doesn’t have a forest or park nearby. We can use a compromised environment, no problem at all. Reach out to know more details about your possibly.

Your Nature Therapy with Adél
In person sessions will return in April, 2026 in Oregon.
Online guidance:
Adél will be walking with you and guiding you through internet while you are in Nature – of course.
Technical needs for the online guidance:
1. You need to be in nature where you can do the session safely.
2. Must have stable internet connection be able to have a nice flow during your walk, listening my guidance.
3. Charged earphones of any kind. (One of your ears will be free.)
Lenght of my online guidance:
1,5-2 hrs for one participant
2-3 hrs for a group (max 4)
If we haven’t met in person and you choose my online guidance, we will need ADDITIONAL free meetings about the deatils. I also need to be prepraied for your environment! So, think about your timing accordingly. We most likely will have two free meetings before we go for the walk together, usually take up to two weeks preparation.
